M/Y MCY 96 "MIA" is the first hull in the MCY96 series, built in 2017 by the Italian shipyard Monte Carlo Yachts. The design of the yacht was completely developed by the famous studio Nuvolari-Lenard and is distinguished by a harmonious combination of bright exterior design solutions and verified interior details. The yacht has been operated by the Owner and his family in southern Italy, has not been chartered and is in immaculate condition.
MIA's aft cockpit features an open dining area with easy access to a wide bathing platform, which houses a stylish tender in the color of the yacht's hull. Exquisitely decorated in sober colors, the salon includes a lounge zone and a dining area with a custom-made dining table. On both sides of the dining room there are opening side-balconies: with the open glazing of the salon, a terrace in the fresh air is obtained. Further - the owner's cabin with a bathroom and a dressing room. Large windows on both sides and an overhead porthole let plenty of natural light into the cabin. On the open bow deck there is a seating area with sofas and tables.
On the lower deck there are four double cabins, each with its own bathroom. Two of the cabins are made in VIP format and are equipped with large double beds. Two more - with separate beds. All guest cabins are made in a different design. In the bow of the lower deck there are crew quarters (three cabins for five people) and a galley.
The yacht also boasts a spacious and functional flybridge equipped with an additional helm station and an opening carbon hardtop. In the central part there is a dining area and a bar with a grill. In the stern there is a sunbathing area with sun loungers.
Taking into account the rich equipment of the yacht and the European VAT paid, it is obviously that the M/Y MCY 96 "MIA" is one of the most relevant positions on the brokerage market in its segment. Available for viewing in Italy by prior arrangement.
